how it works & FAQ’s
Step 1)
Shop the selections in the store to build your cart. When checking out, enter your address first, and the page will update to show the “Local Delivery” option!
Step 2)
After you check out, you’ll receive a text from our Delivery Belles. We will arrange a time to deliver your order based on your needs.
Step 3)
When the order has been delivered, we’ll confirm via text unless we completed the delivery face-to-face.
Do I Have to be Present at Delivery?
No, just like other popular delivery services, we are happy to deliver your order safely and securely to a front door, gate, garage or office.
Do You Ship?
Yes, we offer shipping for any customers who are outside of the Bend, Oregon area or unable to come see us at one of our retail pop-ups.
Can I Pre-Order?
Yes, we will update our site with all incoming stock so that you can pre-order your goods before they even arrive to our warehouse! Once the stock arrives, our Delivery Belles will contact you to coordinate delivery. Pre-Orders will always take priority over other same day orders, so rest assured you’ll get your goodies as soon as they come in!
